Untuk makluman, JKR Bahagian Mukah amnya telah diaudit mulai 11-12.8.2009 untuk Pengiktirafan Persijilan MS ISO 9001: 2008 bagi JKR Sarawak khasnya.

Kena bersyukurlah kepada Tuhan di atas pemberiannya.

Customer Service di kedai ini jika dinilai dari segi Standard ISO 9001:2008 memang perlulah dipertingkatkan lagi.

Taukeh pemurah, pengguna untung;
Taukeh kedekut, pengguna rugi,

Itulah asam garam hidup so sometime we need to give and take. hahahaha....

I only went there for one time, for afternoon tea.. do you know what I have? Air limau yang terlampau manis dan roti kahwin yang salah dikahwinkan.

Order 7 Seven Up, dia kuli cakap tidak ada stok, order ini & itu ada yang belum ada stok.

Susah mahu komen tapi mutu perkhidmatan perlu dipertingkatkan. Customer Always Right. King & Queen of the food and drink.

This afternoon went there again together with a friend who is introducing his colleague to me... still the same. This time I ordered nasi goreng pattaya and air limau kosong, but the fried rice like their salt is going to expire tomorrow...
So that cafe, if not friend want to go there, I will not go alone because NO BOOK READ already.
