Dear Doc, Its good to know more info on the fruit and the tree as it is a rare species.Recently I found similar fruit and its trees here in Jeniang ,Kedah. I took several pictures and make comparison , but I do not know the botanical name. I believe it comes under similar family Sapindaceae as in Lychee and longkong. rgds abu bakar
